Default Going from HFC to ART pipes, is a retune neccessary?

So my HFC failed on me after 6 months and while they're under warranty, I don't have my stock cats any longer and need to be able to drive. So I'm going to throw ART pipes on there and get my HFC fixed and then sell the HFC.

My current mods are Stillen Gen 3 intakes, FI HFC, and FI exhaust. I'm tuned with ecutek currently.

I know a retune is preferred for performance, but do I risk running too lean and damaging the motor using the current tune?
