Greddy 3 inch silencer.
I just got a 3 inch Greddy single exit and test pipes. I am probably going to be putting a silencer on it.
Does anyone know if these would be the right ones? https://shopgreddy-com.myshopify.com/products/11001200 Also would the 51mm or the 43mm silencer be quieter? |
Why did you get a single exit if you're gonna put a silencer on it? Doesn't that defeat the purpose?
|
wait.....people want quiet exhausts? :wtf2:

I bought the WRONG ones! Kirk B. |

When I drive it during the day no silencer. But when I leave for school at 5am I think my neighbors would really appreciate the silencer...
|
Oh I didn't realize they were removable. That's convenient. And courteous of you :tiphat:
It looks like the measurement is diameter. I think the smaller diameter will provide more noise restriction? |
Yeah that’s what I was thinking but I’m not sure, I’ll prob give Z1 or Greddy a call. Also I love how I got roasted at first lmao.

The 43mm is quieter then the 51mm. Also a cut in power too.

I feel sorry for you guys that have to watch the noise levels in your hood. :rofl2: Should hear my hood in the spring on weekends. Everyone is bringing out the race cars and tuning them for the coming season.

you people disappoint me :shakes head:
i ran straight pipes for 3-4 years and no issues with neighbors. even now with the mufflers on currently it's still way above anything else still no issues. |
