Well if you dont want to have the AF ratio adjusted via a tune, I'm not sure what you can do short of going back to stock or purchasing a proven aftermarket intake.
Is this your only mod?

Read any OBD DTCs and google the code.

Yes this is my first mod had my buddy with a scanner tonight clear the codes it was MAF sensors drove it home and it ran fine no Cell right now. Tomorrow I'm Putting on Fast Intentions HFC with full Tomei which I think might throw cel again. Was jw should I just buy like an uprev tune for both of these instead of taking it to a tune shop?

Just be sure mass air flow sensors are clean & pointing in proper direction first

You need to have your MAFs scaled for 3" intakes. So either tuning, change your intakes to ones that have proper sized piping to not upset the MAFs (Stillen, AEM, etc) or back to stock.

For the sake of your engine, please put the OEM intakes back on until you learn a little more about engine mods. Although your buddy's intakes look great, they are not the proper equipment (see comments above).
As far as a tune goes, the rule of thumb is: Intake mods only - no tune required (the ECM will adapt) Exhaust mods only - no tune required (the ECM will adapt) Intake + exhaust mods - tune required IMNSHO, metal intakes are a bad idea. You pick up a lot of heat from the engine bay unless you do a lot of insulating. YMMV
