Funny, I actually bought the aam s-line axle back you currently have based on your reviews of it and it is shipping tomorrow. |

Thanks for the info. I am assuming the rest of your exhaust is completely stock? I wasn’t aware there were rattling issues. I may end up canceling my order anyway since they have not given me an ETA yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah I'm completely stock other than that. The rattling was from the rear hatch at around 3000-4000rpm, it wasn't bad but it was audible. It was just the drone that was a too much for me at several rpm ranges, for being my daily driver. Again though it seems like I'm more sensitive to these things, as other people don't really notice/mind it.

Remark Axle-Back Exhausts for the 370Z! *New 2019 Release*
Quote:
Unfortunately all 370z’s have a rear hatch rattle problem of some form or another and I’m not surprised by it being worsened by a louder exhaust. It was unbearable with the Belugas. But that exhaust sounded bad in my opinion. I don’t think there was much if any muffler material inside those canisters. I guess I’ll know what the Remarks are like in 3 weeks. That is the ETA I was given. I’m sticking with my original plan. I’ll let everyone know what I think. PS: my car is a weekend toy only and not a DD. So I can live with loud as long as it sounds good (not like Belugas) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

By the way, I heard that the Remark axleback is made by Greddy. Not sure how true this is but if you compare the welds, muffler canisters and flanges, it all looks surprisingly like the axleback section of the Greddy Evolution GT catback. Even sounds similar in YouTube videos.
Anyone know? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

From what I’ve seen and read, the tips sit at approximately the same place as the stock Nismo exhaust tips. But I’ll let you know once I get mine. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Remark Axle-Back Exhausts for the 370Z! *New 2019 Release*
Well.....I received my Remark exhaust last week and after a day of driving around, I ended up removing them. I took a chance with these but they are definitely too loud for my taste. The fit and finish is spot on and they were incredibly easy to install. They are extremely light.
Sooooo.........I now have a basically new set of Remarks with double walled tips listed on Kijiji for sale locally so if anyone is interested, let me know. My loss is your gain. Ps: Went back to my AAM S-Line axleback muffler and I have realized it is actually in the Goldilocks level of sound and perfect for me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Same here, I picked up those AAM S-line and they are perfect for me as well. Looks like we had the same experience and tastes. I bet most people would say they are silent though lol, I'm sure we're in the minority here. |
