Would putting my mufflers back on, but deleting the resonators make it more quiet?

I have the ART Pipes, I'm in California, everyday I drive, its a gamble. Was wondering if I put my stock mufflers on and deleted the resonators, would I be

Default Would putting my mufflers back on, but deleting the resonators make it more quiet?

I have the ART Pipes, I'm in California, everyday I drive, its a gamble.

Was wondering if I put my stock mufflers on and deleted the resonators, would I be more quiet?

I still like to have a bit of sound to it, thats why I want to delete the resonators.
