2015+ exhaust manifold vs older

Here is what I found from eBay.

They are different from the older headers

looks like they went away from making them equal length.

Looking at pic it seems the new should fit. It has two extra stud holes at the middle runner but still has the holes where the old one did, so in theory could just mount like the old. Oddly it looks like the new one would be the cheaper easier to make since as above said no longer equal length and less bends. Wonder if it truly does make more power and if so how much.
