FI TDX and Eibach springs

I was just wondering how many of you have the FI exhaust and Eibach springs. I would like to know if you have had any scraping issues.
Thanks in advance.

From comments ive seen before, people had no scraping issues.

It all depends on how you drive and where you drive. You can't simply generalize.

I only scrape in narrow one lane road speed bumps where I have no room to angle in and out, otherwise I'm good.

OP do live in NewYork or East Coast where roads are pretty bad. There is a ramp to get to my local WaWa that's at least 5-6" above the street. I have to go on an angle. Anyone in East Coast with FI?(NJ NY PA)

it depends on the road. if you hit a nice dip in the road at speed you will scrape. just gotta be careful.. its not like your going to scrape everywhere most of the time you wont its just if your doing something stupid and not paying attention is when youll scrape. youll probably hit your front bumper first if anything

I'm on the east coast (Boston), and when I go back home next week, I should have my FI exhaust awaiting me. I was concerned about scraping, so I had Tony weld on 2 skid plates on the mufflers. I have had many lowered cars, with aftermarket exhausts, and at one point or another they have scrapped. This should prevent damage to the muffler cannister (the lowest part) for when I have the random scrape incidents. With the right conditions, speed/pothole/frost heave/traffic, you can/will scrape the bottom of the car, so you just have to be careful, or have the skid plates added like I did.

I've never heard of any major issues. I have to agree with everybody else here in that it really depends on how you drive and the road conditions. If you have room to angle in and out of a speed bump, then you're fine, but if you don't have room, you just have to take the hit.

Springs will not set you low enough to have an issue. If you dumped the car on the ground with coil-overs, that could be a different issue. I am here until Wednesday night, if and when you are ready...

Thanks, Tony
