LOUD Meisterschaft Exhaust

I see GTHaus is offering a vacuum actuated valve to lower the db's of their exhaust. They've partnered with 'Muso" who manufactures the part. Comes with a fob to open and close the valve.
I love my Meisterschaft, but it's just sooo crazy loud when I'm buzzing around town, that it's just a matter of time before I'm pulled over.
Was wondering if anyone has tried it. It's new on the market, so there's very little info. on it. Would really appreciate any feedback.

Hey, good to hear from you.
I also just purchase the gthaus exhaust and just waiting to arrive, was going to ask if you have lth,HFC, test pipe with your combo, if so can I get a video.
If it's too loud I need one of those myself.

Hey guys, yeah, it's been awhile. I've pretty much done all that I've wanted to mod on the Z, and have kind of drifted away from the forum, as it's not what it once was... still fun to check in on every so often though.
I swapped out the Stillen exhaust for the totally obnoxious Meister'. People had told me it was very loud, and I always figured you can never have an exhaust too loud! Sheeit, turns out you can!
I also drove an R8 V10 with a racing exhaust, but the Z screams above it.
My HFC's have a 300 cell count. I might have a vid somewhere in my files with the new exhaust, if not I'll send you one once the snow clears in the spring.

Ztoon are you Asian by chance or I just made the wrong assumption that you are?

But driving for an hr or 2 on it. That would hurt my ear drum and possibly get a headache after.

Did you delete the CAT and did a test pipe?

Quicksilvers 02-14-2018 06:28 AM

With or without high flow catalytic converters the Meisterschaft exhaust has to be one of the loudest exhausts I ever heard. Also the quality of this exhaust is very nice considering the cost of it.

You could try YouTube but, I don’t think it does it justice as this exhaust you really would want to hear it on another 370Z. The Meisterschaft exhaust is really loud and is a nice quality peice if you have the extra coin to spend on a Meisterschaft exhaust system for your 370Z. I do believe the Meisterschaft exhaust sounds good and was meant to be loud and a vacuum accuated valve would be a waste of time and money.

i've heard it many times on youtube, just wondering if i match these gt haus exhaust with a PPE header it will get every single cops on the road a little excited?

I have the GTHaus axle-back paired up with garage line x/mid pipes along with ART pipes. It sounds pretty tame unless you get on it. Once you really push the pedal past like 40% it opens up between 3k - 4.5k rpm. I'll have to get a video of it some time.
