Modifying the stock muffler is probably not worth the trouble and the results would probably be horrible sounding.
How’s the quality and fitment of the AAM axleback muffler? Any drone? I’m thinking of going with that myself.

Quality is topnotch with perfect fit. It did not need any shims or tweaking to fit. The exhaust tips are perfectly centered. Zero drone at any speed. It’s a deeper tone with a slight growl to it. I’d say it’s about 25% louder than stock.
