Tritip / Quad Exhaust?

Is it possible or does anyone know any shops that make custom exhausts? I am looking to get exhaust tips like either of these 3: Also would it even be

Tritip / Quad Exhaust?

Is it possible or does anyone know any shops that make custom exhausts?

I am looking to get exhaust tips like either of these 3:

Also would it even be efficient or just for looks / make the car worse?

I plan to have an end game of 700whp so I figured I would need to upgrade the exhaust system.

Please and thank you for any helpful information! pros cons thoughts feelings you name it
