There basically the exact same thing, probably just a cheap circuit board with some generic connector on the end.

Looks legit to me.

I hear with full bolt ons you'll see gains of 130whp and 100 ft./lbs. And get an additional 40mpg.

Thats one I will have to see to believe. Our cars are probably 95% fully tuned coming out of the factory and without adding performance parts I just dont see it. Its hard to get that with turbo cars and chips.

OK, time to back up...there isn't anyone who seriously believes those work as advertised...is there? Apparently so, if they keep making them, people keep buying them...

The same people who's butt dyno tells them that they "totally feel a difference!"

If you really could get 50hp and 50tp from a 69 dollar chip, all performance companies would be out of business.

I say go with it. You can also do a very cheap mod to your exhaust with a carbide-tipped drill bit and a decent drill as well, giving you that sound without the expense. :driving:
