I just got the Invidia Gemini exhaust as well as the Berk Test pipes. At first I thought the set up was too loud, but after giving it a couple of weeks, I am very pleased with the tone, volume and cost of this setup.

At idle and cruise it is a little louder than stock. On throttle it sounds fantastic. I have not had the opportunity to hear the other ones available for the car in person, but from clips I feel that I got the best bang for my buck.

Hope that helps... and next time... search a little so we don't have to have three pages of people spending as much time telling you to search as it would have taken them to give a synopsis of thier exhaust setup...

:iagree: with this setup, though the vagueness of the original post leaves a lot up to debate...

I guess it depends on "without spending a lot" means; I'd do the exhaust upgrades in stages at this point. I'm not clear on how much "bolder" or "louder" the OP might want to go, but the Invidia Gemini has definitely my vote for "bang for your buck" option. The F.I. is a great choice as well, although it's (a little) more expensive. Those are the two options I'd be considering. Berk is an upcoming one, but as it's not production ready, I can't honestly recommend it yet.

See how you like the exhaust note after putting a new CBE, then you can decide if you want RTPs or HFCs...or maybe even the LTHs.

Side note: damn guys, seriously?

Some shops won't do this because of the legality, but many will. This will be pretty loud. I'm not sure how loud you want to go, you weren't too specific. Hope this helps, feel free to search through the exhaust threads we have, they are plentiful.

I agree with the above. It was the vagueness of the OP that invited the carnage. I lurked on this site for days before I even posted anything. :tiphat:

Carnage is a choice. It took as much effort to flame as it would have to post a short, succinct answer. Not trying to bash, but EVERYONE has been a noob at some point, in some respect. And even if the question has been asked since Jesus bought His 370... I'm sure the right question would be "what would Jesus do?"...

He'd pull over and answer the question with a smile....

Anyone else could choose simply to ignore the OP's post and move on.

Just my .02...

Tony

Well... if a cheap mod is what the OP is after, might I suggest the following ghetto style.

1. Remove the stock resonators and replace with a straight thru pipe.
2. Cut open the stock mufflers and replace the original buffering material with a less insulated one. Weld back the cuts.

I'm not sure how that'd sound, but I'm certain there'd be an increase in the exhaust volume and note.

Mod don't scared. Scared don't mod.
In any case, the OP is not from Singapore, so our gov't wouldn't give two hoots about it. ;)

:iagree: Some of you guys were a bit brutal.......though, some of the responses did make me laugh. :rofl2:
