Nice work. Are you in Hartford, CT? Are you concerned about passing the emissions inspection? I'm looking to pick up high-flow cats after the holidays.

Think it just depends on how badly the "demon bolt" is frozen on... one of mine came off easy... the other took two of us hanging on a huge breaker bar with a bolt extractor on the nut before the stud finally just snapped. Both were soaked in PB Blaster for about 24 hours prior.

I only had one demon bolt. BUT, i found a better angle for it (driver side 2nd bolt that is next to the steering shaft you see on top) . My breaker bar consist of a 1/2 rachet and the top half handle of my jack haha.

Oh man... When I swapped out my cats for test pipes the hardest part was getting the socket properly seated on the head from up top. DEFINITELY should have taken the intake out. After seeing your picture I feel a bit silly

Welp, silly me I assumed it was cake work my first attempt too. 4 tantrums later I gave up, I thought all the bolts could be taken off from the bottom lol. So, i Sat down and searched the forums and watched video's too. Got a little discouraged at first, cause it took people like minimum2 days to get them off, and took one guy 7 days. I'm like, I do not want to be doing this for 7 days. But, I had faith and just went for it. 4.5 later I finished. lol. I learn to just be patient.

Great job well done. One of the best choices you will ever make with your 370Z is deciding early on if you want to install headers or not. The demon bolt can be a PITB to remove just depends how long the bolt was on there for.
