Default Motordyne ART Pipe Issues Help

I recently had some motordyne ART Pipes installed on my 2014 370z Nismo. It ran good for several days and then all of a sudden it kind of seems like the car is in limp mode. Wont rev high and when shifting up you can tell the acceleration is holding back. I can reset the ECU and it is back to normal, but eventually does the same thing.

Any ideas?

My Mods: Z1 intakes, tomei catback with Stillen Y pipe and ART Pipes.
