My only problem I had was removing my air/fuel sensors from my factory manifolds. I dont know if they are heat welded or if it is a pull em out and your screwed type of deal with the factory warranty (lots of problems if you search with headers or going with a turbo set up). Anyway be very carefull getting these out. Get some PB Blaster and soak the hell out of them. After a half turn if it gets any tensions then stop and soak again. It will save you about $700 bucks!!!
I feel your pain brother! I soak them and then work them back and forth about a quarter turn at a time. Sometimes they come out very easily. Other times I have to be patient with them. In the end though I have never had to replace a set to date!

On a brighter note, I am glad you are enjoying the headers. Do not hesitate to call me if you need anything...

Thanks, Tony
