Have You not seen the thickness of the Flanges? they took that into consideration!

You want to talk about UN TAPPING POWER. Put that Supercharger from Sam@GTM with our LTH's and our CB. Incredible power for this little 3.7L engine!

The flange warping is not a concern. The reason the large holes are in the flange between the ports is to let the heat from the head dissipate as well as the heat from the flange dissipate faster. In addition, the flanges are more than thick enough at 3/8" thick. We also have them made out of mild steel opposed to stainless steel. Stainless steel flanges have a higher probability of warping with excessive amounts of heat applied to them. When our headers are released, all of the flanges will be mild steel and then nickel plated. The reason we nickel plate them is to ensure that they never rust. The nickel plating will hold up to the heat just fine on a N/A or supercharged application. If you want the headers ceramic coated then the nickel plating does not apply...

Thanks, Tony

So here is what I have decided to do for the time being. Anyone and everyone who is SERIOUSLY INTERESTED in these headers please PM me and I will start a list on the first post at the bottom under the dyno charts. We would like to get a group buy going with a minimum of 10. I will work out the deposit details soon and let you all know individually and collectively as to how much it will need to be. In addition, please PM me your first and last name along with phone number so I can contact you directly. Once I call you, I will go over the details. I will put the list up NOW...

Thank you, Tony
