Wow,

alot of feedback already. I have had a chance to read through the replies thus far and I want to address a few questions.

1) All of these dyno charts are with stock intakes. I repeat, there was NO Stillen Gen III intakes or any other kind of CAI on the car.

2) We will offer a ceramic coated version at an additional charge.

3) Customers who already have our exhaust components or new customers purchasing the headers in conjunction with one of our cat back exhaust systems will get an additional discount.

4) We have yet to tune the car, all of these dyno charts are PRE-TUNE!

I think that is it for now. Keep the questions coming, if you have any...

Thanks, Tony

1) Oh ****!~! Can you please do a dyno with a G3+LTH+CBE on it? PLEEEASE?
2) Sweet!
3) Sweet!

We will build them early prior GB but they will look more of a custom deal opposed to a production header. Performance and strength wise it will be all the same.

On another note, we might be going back to the dyno next week to dyno tune the car with UPREV software. If this happens, I will make it a point to try and video the dyno runs. Even if that doesn't happen, we will have videos posted by the end of next week...

Thanks, Tony

These things look amazing. The R&D you've done looks to have paid off. The dyno numbers are impressive. However, I wonder with the large holes in the flange if warping will become a problem.

blue660r01 12-18-2009 11:58 AM

any videos?

edit nvm just saw your post

Have You not seen the thickness of the Flanges? they took that into consideration!

jmlenz 12-18-2009 12:48 PM

GTM supercharger + FI LTH + FI CBE = DONE!

shumby 12-18-2009 12:57 PM

You want to talk about UN TAPPING POWER. Put that Supercharger from Sam@GTM with our LTH's and our CB. Incredible power for this little 3.7L engine!

shumby 12-18-2009 01:13 PM

^^^^ you just called us little :(

The flange warping is not a concern. The reason the large holes are in the flange between the ports is to let the heat from the head dissipate as well as the heat from the flange dissipate faster. In addition, the flanges are more than thick enough at 3/8" thick. We also have them made out of mild steel opposed to stainless steel. Stainless steel flanges have a higher probability of warping with excessive amounts of heat applied to them. When our headers are released, all of the flanges will be mild steel and then nickel plated. The reason we nickel plate them is to ensure that they never rust. The nickel plating will hold up to the heat just fine on a N/A or supercharged application. If you want the headers ceramic coated then the nickel plating does not apply...

Thanks, Tony

So here is what I have decided to do for the time being. Anyone and everyone who is SERIOUSLY INTERESTED in these headers please PM me and I will start a list on the first post at the bottom under the dyno charts. We would like to get a group buy going with a minimum of 10. I will work out the deposit details soon and let you all know individually and collectively as to how much it will need to be. In addition, please PM me your first and last name along with phone number so I can contact you directly. Once I call you, I will go over the details. I will put the list up NOW...

Thank you, Tony

think of a test pipe... many ppl have those and no CEL... F.I has a U shape fouler which helps to not get any CEL's

semtex 12-18-2009 01:51 PM

I'm in.

dainedazz 12-18-2009 01:59 PM

oh sh*t! so those dyno #'s were done with stock intakes! nice! aight mannnnnnnnnnnnn. i'm waiting for those videos & then i'm in there EARLY for the group buy!

i saw you put, F.I. CBE TDX owners get a discount ;)

kdo2milger 12-18-2009 01:59 PM

you have PM Tony

semtex 12-18-2009 02:03 PM

Tony, do you recommend wrapping these headers at all? Because when you take out the stock manifolds you have to toss the heat shields.

F.I. Inc. 12-18-2009 02:13 PM

Post #1 is updated with all of the group buy information...

Thanks, Tony

mpp9 12-18-2009 02:13 PM

Tony,

Anything for people who have the HFCs??

F.I. Inc. 12-18-2009 02:50 PM

What do you mean? You will get a $100.00 discount because you have our exhaust.

F.I. Inc. 12-18-2009 02:51 PM

HNGonzalez: #001, thank you...

Tony

SOLISIMO 12-18-2009 02:54 PM

tony i know ur busy but hows d fitment on the g37?

phelan 12-18-2009 02:54 PM

Correct me if I'm wrong (I'm terrible with exhaust systems apparently), but I mean that installing the LTH would also replace the HFCs. If we bought your HFCs already, do you offer any other discount?
