Flex pipe repair or replace

Hey all, It's been 10 months since I purchased my Y pipe from beluga racing and there is an exhaust leak at the flex joint. Is this normal? I'm looking

Is this normal? I'm looking for suggestion, If I should buy one of those repair kits or completely get a new one. Has anyone tried to use beluga 1 year warranty to get a new pipe?
