I called ERZ Performance and spoke with one of your sales reps. He told me that you can buy the angle anti-fouler separately at ERZ $34.99 a piece or $69.98 for the pair (Link Below) but said it was not part of the 370z HFC purchase.

Please confirm if this Anti-Fouler extension is part of the 370z HFC purchase or not. If it's a separate purchase do I still need it to stay CEL free?

All I know is that they were included in my order with no additional charge. I had worked out a deal with them though in return for videos to help promote their product. It appears they may just make those an optional accessory. The 'bungs' are about as long as those on the Berk and Stillen HFCs even without the anti-foulers. You may very well be fine without them. Why not try it, and just buy the right-angle anti-foulers if you throw a CEL?

Thanks for the update SpearFish25 and your right the bung is already pretty long without the extension. On a side note these HFC are nice. Great build quality and a great price! Plus if I do throw a CEL I will just purchase the extensions since they do have them as an accessory on the ERZ performance website.

its included just the long l shape one, i include the l shape one for a few customer in the pass because the straight version was not yet reason.

Do you notice that your 02 sensor bung is so long now, the cel fix is built in now.

the top part of the 02 senor bung can we remove, that part extended the bung another inch around.

I just recieved my ERZ HFC's on Friday. First impression...quality looks great!! And they certainly are shinny!

I was going to install them yesturday at my buddies house but the East Coast was hit with a massive amount of snow (Friday/Saturday). We are also suppose to get more snow on Tuesday so it looks like the earliest ill have these guys installed will be next weekend...perhaps even later depending on my friends availablility.

ERZPower Sponcer – I will have the video up ASAP once I get the HFC’s installed.

I had a local performance shop (Import Performance Specialist) put on my ERZ HFC Friday and the mechanic had one hell of a time removing the top evil bolts on both stock cats. After seeing what he had to go through to remove the stock cats I was so glad I did not attempt this install on my own.

Impressions:
Build quality is good. Even the guys at IPS thought it was a quality part. I had them install the ERZ HFC without the extended L bung anti-fouler. I have only driven the car about 60 miles since the install but so far so good (No CEL Light). I love the way the car sounds even with the stock exhaust. Under light acceleration the HFC are still pretty tame, but when you go WOT they really come alive. It is definitely not too loud. I was worried it may be too loud and raspy but I am please to find they sound pretty nice even with the stock exhaust. The only problem I have now is keeping my foot out of the gas.

Another unexpected result from the HFC is throttle response is so good now that when in (D) the car has become a lot smoother at low speeds. The Auto has pretty aggressive short 1st - 3rd gears so when cruising around town at low speeds the car can be jerky. The added throttle response and torque has smoothed the lower gears out.

I had similar results with GTM's test pipes it really comes alive under high rpms. My mechanic had to heat up the stock cat because one of the factory bolts were over torque and stripped. You have to get rid of the rest of the stock exhaust it's way to restrictive. Post some videos when you get a chance.

Your right about the stock exhaust. I got a good look at it while car was on the lift and it is definitely corked up. Now I see why there is so much power to be gained from the HFC + Cat Back combo. I decided to do the cheap stuff first intake + HFC. I am kicking myself for not getting in on the Berks Cat Back group buy I really like that exhaust. I just hope it's available on there website for purchase by late spring. I am not sure when they will be in full production.

When you take off the stock cats, look inside and compare the cores. It's amazing how densely packed the stock cats are compared to the HFCs.

Speaking of Berk, have group buy #1 orders been sent out yet? I'm going with a mix and match setup, went with a rear section from GTHaus, now I am holding out for companies to release front and mid pipe setups.
