a test pipe will add rasp, and HFC will help eliminate the rasp.

He already said it is a 200 cell cat, valid other question though.

Are these ceramic, metallic...? What is the core made of, and what is the warranty? I think people want to know because cats made of certain materails have shown to fail or clog on some 350Z guys. Unknown if that is due to tuning or materials but it happens.

The only cats I've seen with warranties are the Stillens. Berks are 'as is' just like the ERZ cats.

The ERZ site lists them as 'metallic' like the Berks.

Granted I've had to warranty very few of these over the years we give you guys a 1 year warranty against cracking or a core failure. Cat core failures are almost always due to ignition related problems but we give you guys one swap out on the cats if you melt the core.

Just to put the facts out there. Berk HFC's use an OBD approved Magnaflow metallic cat and our HFC's and cats are made in the USA. We are one of the last companies to still use a the higher quality and more expensive Magnaflow cats vs. a cheap China sourced cat that carries zero certifications in regards to quality or performance.

Are the ones you use better than the HJS metal cats? I know theirs are suppose to be top notch and Im not knowledgeable about the magnaflow ones. Im about to get some HFCs and just want to make sure they dont burn out after a year. Any resonated HFCs in the future as that is what Im really looking for. Still waitnig from ERZ on the res HFCs too?
