Goin on!?
So, I came across one of these for sale locally and had to pick my jaw up off the floor. (Yea...one of these and a set of Swifts, which were already sold. I was expecting to see intakes and wheels and whatnot but instead found these. I was SUPER surprised...) I have a few questions, though: - Is it worth it? Is it a worthwhile mod? I've read TONS of yes posts, TONS of no posts...seems like a big "meh" for the money... - Ok...same question as above, but this time, instead of the 650 bucks it goes for new, the one I found is used and it's going for 450...worth it now? - Isn't really the way I wanted to start, but hey...opportunities are taken, not given, right?...this would be the first mod on my car. Well...I'd probably do the intake stuff I want to do at the same time (tubes and drop-ins), but still...everything I've seen about this thing was in regards to tuning. Will this thing do ANYTHING without a tune? - Can the stock engine cover be attached to this thing? Not a big deal...just curious. I'd like to keep it stock looking for now. I have...like...93 THOUSAND miles left on my "used car" warranty so, until it's time to go HAM, I'd like to keep what I do as hush hush as possible... Thanks, everyone! |
