TEST PIPE-CEL CODE Question

If I run test pipes and it throws a code, is it okay to just run with the cel on? We don't have emissions here so that isn't an issue

We don't have emissions here so that isn't an issue but just wondering if it will do any damage due to this? any feedback appreciated.
