I will be getting headers :)

Slidefox 01-09-2009 12:37 PM

Thoise look pretty sweet! Like the Tomei's for the 350Z!!

INTENSEPOWER 01-09-2009 06:42 PM

Everything from Zele appears to be quality... we'll see once it ios road tested long term.

Sure does look PERTY though!

Nismo 370z 01-10-2009 12:50 AM

Nice lookin headers but i hope it actually gives decent gains. The 350 benefited from headers since the factory ones werent equal length(pre HR). But the HR and VHR have equal length from the get-go. But ill be an optomist and hope for good gains. It looks like a quality product thats for sure. Cant wait to see crawford's headers for the 370. Their 350 headers were the sh!t and outperformed almost all the headers available for the 350.

GT Motoring 01-15-2009 02:22 PM

All of the Zele 370Z header and cats are manufactured by Tomei, so the quality will be the same. We'll carry their full line up from Zele and Tomei upon release.

RCZ 01-15-2009 08:34 PM

Tomei makes amazing stuff.

shumby 01-15-2009 08:49 PM

I need to know if those headers will fit the G?

RCZ 01-15-2009 08:59 PM

Very possibly, whats with you and mixing car parts?

shumby 01-15-2009 09:03 PM

mixing ? how so? as in different headers from my hfc's and exhaust?

Right now I only see stllen with headers out for the G and they are pretty crapy looks wise and the welds look like a 5 year old did it.

RCZ 01-15-2009 09:40 PM

Nah, as in putting Z parts on the G. The pipes might be different lengths considering the difference in lengths of the cars. Also I don't know, but the design might be different too..

TerribleONE 01-15-2009 10:39 PM

i would assume that the HFCs, TPs, and headers will be the same... but the exhaust is obviously a different story

shumby 01-15-2009 10:40 PM

headers is all I am asking about i think they would be the same.

Im pretty sure they cross over, but ill ask to be certain. stand by!

RCZ 01-16-2009 01:14 AM

If I were nissan id use the same headers and axleback, I would just change the cat-to-axleback piece.

TerribleONE 01-16-2009 04:24 AM

im pretty sure they used a different muffler set up..

INTENSEPOWER 01-16-2009 01:02 PM

Hellos,

Maybe this has been discussed on another thread, but are these (and other JDM specific manufactured headers) compatible with LHD/USDM Z34's? I know, for instance, the Fujitsubo headers (which were also JDM for RHD Z33's) weren't compatible with LHD/USDM Z33's. Curious if this has been discussed and/or is known to be potentially problematic for LHD/USDM Z34's.

Darren,

Zele is pretty good about catering to its USA customers, so ill see if they know, as well as check with Tomei. IF ithere is an issue, there may be a good chance they'll work on a USA version.

3SeventyZ 01-18-2009 07:34 AM

soooo.... when and where can i make a purchase..?

Crash 01-18-2009 04:32 PM

Anybody have any idea what the gains are from this header/cat setup?

Also, I'm sure they're not, but are they CARB certified? (I still have to ask)

As soon as Zele officially releases the products we will offer them in the USA immediately.

Good eye. These exhaust manifolds were actually a collaboration between Tomei and Zele.

CARB doesn't matter for the cats anymore... anything other than stock is illegal for you Cali guys now.

Crash 02-02-2009 08:36 PM

Yeah. I guess it doesn't matter now. I'm set on the turbo setup anyway.

BerkTech 02-03-2009 01:58 AM

Those headers & HFC's pictured are not even for the 370Z or the G37.

bboypuertoroc 02-03-2009 12:30 PM

Are they VQ35 parts?

GT Motoring 02-03-2009 01:26 PM

their have been no official release for the Zele or Tomei parts yet for the manifold and cats. The pictures posted were just what they showes on display at TAS.

LiquidZ 02-03-2009 01:32 PM

Well I feel like an idiot now...

Yes, you are correct.

LiquidZ 02-04-2009 01:24 PM

I apologize guys. I didn't mean to get any hopes up. I did find them on 370ztune.com though.

370Ztune 02-05-2009 12:05 PM

They are coming and will be announced shortly with pricing. Thanks!

DIGItonium 02-27-2009 10:31 AM

Does anyone have updates to Zele/Tomei headers for the 370Z? The kit for the 350Z is hot (visually and literally). I'm estimating $1k for the kit... availability?!

Black kNight 02-28-2009 12:32 PM

the headers looks  coool
but It wont be on my list because i think it will be more than 1K . but maybe i will change my plans

370Ztune 03-02-2009 03:03 PM

No update yet, they are still working on all of the details as of last week. Some proto-type ideas never make it to production but we have our fingers crossed.
