Berk stepped it up on shipping, the later shipments were well packed and didn't have issues.

When did you place your order? Are you one of them that's due for delivery in May?

No I was on the pre-order list but it didn't ship until after the first few were arriving damaged so they obviously made corrections to their shipping process. It's been installed for a couple of weeks now and I'm loving it.
