They are 12 inch long on the widest part and 15 in total if you include the tapered ends. (I hope that makes sense...)

LOL, nope, the car was not fully warmed up yet when I took the vid, that was condensation. I thought at first the exhaust had pissed all over the camera lens

That can just be condensation as the exhaust heats up rapidly.
