If I recall from the weight reduction thread, Stillen CBE shipping weight was 90 lbs. So 86lbs shipping weight on Berk's CBE might not be so bad. Hopefully they are well crated to prevent any damage in transit.

Stock exhaust is 54 pounds, Stillen ended up being around 59-60.
I would assume this exhaust weights about the same as Stillen but packaging is taking up some of that weight, hopefully.

I don't think back order is the word. They aren't really even in production yet. I don't mind waiting though. I have my HFC's so I would see very little gains from the exhaust anyway. Just love the sound of this exhaust.

Plus they don't make any money on the group buys with the pricing and eating the shipping costs. Plus I am sure they want to start letting all of their other dealers sell them as well, but they can't do that if there is a group buy going on since none of the dealers will be able to match the GB price.
