A hydro locked engine is one that has had water enter into the cylinder via the intake. When that happens it normally bends or breaks a rod due to the fact that water will not compress. If this happens to you your engine is done. It is very possible a connections is getting wet. Pull the codes and see if you have any. If you do have a couple, this will tell you where to look and check connections.
