Stillen gen 3 hydrolock?

Anyone hydrolocked with stillen gen 3? I currently have injen long tube and I hydrolock basically every time I drive when it's raining decently hard. I plan on going low

I currently have injen long tube and I hydrolock basically every time I drive when it's raining decently hard. I plan on going low soon and the only issue I have right now are finding the perfect intakes so I don't hydrolock from the rain. Any suggestions?
