Default need help, filters for Stillen CAI

Hi All.

I have a 2010 370 with 40k on the clock. I am the second owner and certain the filters havent been changed out. would like to attempt the swap. My question is I assume I have to take the whole bumper off. Second, what model filter should I look for? Is the AEM filter a better option. I am absolutely clueless when it comes to mechanicals so have mercy on me please

some of those filter's are washable & can be cleaned/you can actually wash a paper filter & let dry.
I got a Z1 cai & my filters are coned shaped....Z1 Motorsport's sells oem stuff for that setup...or you can up-grade to a higher flow design.
