I have Berk non-res test pipes & invidia cbe on the car right now. Just want a little different sound. want loud, but not too loud that I'll get pulled over every time I step on it. Just want a little more throaty & deeper sound. |

IMO non-res AAM short tails will be to loud. Especially since you already have a non-res test pipe. AAM also makes resonated short tails which I have on my Z and they sound really good.

It will definetly be louder because there are no mufflers on the short tails just a resonator (if you choose that option). The resonator keeps the sound more "tame" and will eliminate some of the rasp that you get on these cars with a straight through system.

Berk Non Resonated Testpipes, AAM Midpipe and non resonated short Tails. For reference. Its extremely loud, uncomfortably so, it's bearable with only earplugs in. |

OP: If you plan on going with the short tails you might want to invest in either resonated test pipes or HFC...just my $0.02
