Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are proud to announce that RJ MFG will be offering Porting Services! :happydance:

We will be offering two types of porting (Traditional Hand Porting and CNC Porting). We can port everything from your throttle bodies all the way through your heads! Have anything else you would like to have ported please send us a message or give us a call. Our porting team has the skills utilized by the top NHRA and Formula Boat teams!

Check out the latest work we just finished for Bullitt5897 and the White Dragon!

What did he have done?
1. EPS 70mm Throttle Bodies Ported and a few NHRA mod tricks thrown in for good measure!
2. Port Matched EPS Throttle Bodies and Greddy GTR intake ports (Ported gaskets, TB and Manifold)
3. Greddy GTR intake runners MASSIVELY ported... Nearly 10mm were taken out of these intakes to allow them to match up to his RJ MFG Lower!
4. RJ MFG Lower was ported to match the new Greddy runners and the new larger Intake ports on his heads!
5. VQ37HR Intake ports on his heads were cleaned up and enlarged to give the maximum amount of flow possible.
6. VQ37HR Exhaust Ports received MASSIVE amounts of Porting and clean up work! This is where the power is at and we took an additional 4mm of material out of his head.

Hopefully you will decrease your upper boost psi and have a significant increase in peak hp. If so, the port job worked well. take some pictures of the valve side of the head's combustion chamber. I have never seen these heads before and are wondering if the valves are unshrouded.

That's the hope! Increase the VE of the motor and make more power.

What surprises me is that you are the first to do it. Did you do anything in the combustion chamber?

We left the combustion chamber alone but we are going to larger valves... Debating between 1mm or 1.5mm. Once I get to speak to the engine builder and we get an idea of what we want to do about Pistons I will let you guys know what we end up with...
