Exhaust for sale

Hi guys seen there is an exhaust for sale locally to me for cheap (100 bucks) its from a workshop they said its an aftermarket system but not sure on the brand. Im just wondering ive noticed it still uses the stock y pipe at the top would this be an upgrade on a stock exhaust or just a waste of money

If it's a 60mm exhaust, then it would provide some Hp gain, irrespective of the Y pipe. Plus anything sounds better than the stock OEM CBE.
