My car had art pipes at the time of the dyno. If i downgraded to high flow cats it would probably be 3 or 4 hp less.

Finally got the chance to do a real before and after dyno with one of my parts. I did 3 runs with no changes, 3 runs after the manifold, 3 runs with some timing adjustments then we opened the bay doors and did a few more runs. My other mods are Art pipes, Ark Grip Exhaust, NST Pulleys, AAM intakes and uprev. All of the runs except the last 3 were done with the bay doors closed. Here's a quick summary and video of the runs.

Bone stock = 287whp
Baseline after mods before manifold = 322whp
After the Manifold with no tuning = 324whp
After Manifold with tuning = 329whp
After manifold same tune and bay doors open = 340whp

Here is the video.

The shop garage doors. Usually each car bay will have a garage door that can be open/closed to move the vehicles in and out of the shop.

Im N/A now but if I plan to go forced induction would it still be worth it to port and polish everything or would that not even be worth the money.

IMO - waste. If you go turbo it's easy enough to shove enough air into the stock block to max out what it can handle.

It's a waste if you have to pay for it. If you buy a bunch of burrs and DIY it while you install the turbo kit, it's worth doing. Nothing any of the shops who offer this are doing anything special that you can't do in your garage with some patience.

Value is unique to each and everyone of us. I am not mechanically inclined so it maybe worth it for me to pay for it or better find someone like you that might do it for me as long as I supply the beer.:stirthepot:

Though I 100% agree with you I wouldn't make a blanket statement like that. You can seriously F-up your intake if you don't know what you are doing and go to town on your runners and plenum. Not to mention if you jack up your blending near the valves you can kiss your nice running engine goodbye. It's easy to take material away, much harder to put it back.
