I'm waiting too. Do I want to go this route, or the CJM route...

So we weren't able to do pulls until late last night. We had to strap down the car so tight that cause the tires to sit on the rear bumper. This lead to us removing the rear bumper and doing the pulls last night.

Posting numbers:
Due to the results of last nights Dyno I do not believe it would be an apples to apples comparison just by swapping the lower intake plenum. Here is the reason why I say this:
The car prior to the new lower intake was running a 10-11 AFR on the top end. With the new lower the AFR's rose 3 AFR points!!!! What does that tell us? We are getting more air than the GTM Kit was capable of flowing. Well with more air means a leaner AFR which means my numbers will not be accurate as to what the kit could make. Given that my tune is locked Sharif was unable to make any changes to show the true gains of this intake manifold...

So in the grand scheme of things it looks as though the lower intake plenum has increased the volumetric efficiency of the motor. There were no vacuum leaks which means we have made a considerable increase in efficiency to raise the AFR ratio by 3 points.

Now I could have Sharif wipe the tune and start all over again just to see were we stand... But this would set me back a week on my build and jeopardize my car being at Zdayz and something I am not willing to do. However, my Fast intentions kit is in hand and we are stripping the car this week of the GTM Kit. So we will get numbers in a few weeks leading up to Zdayz on the new fast intentions kit.

Our final comparison will be the best GTM/Gamma could produce versus the best Fast Intentions could produce.

I was running GTM's Prototype GTR conversion.

GTM on the left and RJM on the right:

I will be doing a comparison of the two later on. The GTM one is still sold by Gamma.

Even the fuel rails are a much different design:

The Rail Mounting Locations are much easier to access on the RJM!

AS for those claiming that this isnt being tested or validated... I laugh because we have atleast two cars now testing this unit and verifying the capabilities of the manifold. It has been stated that we are not giving independent reviews because said poster doesnt think we have paid for the product therefore our opinions dont matter...

I have been around the block in this community and posts like that make me laugh... This person clearly has never done R&D for companies and doesnt understand the process of how R&D and product testing works. Regardless of if a unit is paid for or not this review will not be sugar coated. If there is an issue I will point it out and I will give that feedback to the manufacturer.

an update as to where I currently stand:

Fast intentions has my new upper (greddy) and will be test fitting it to a motor they have. I do foresee one major issue with the Greddy intake manifold and that is access to the Oil filler cap. We have some possible work arounds but will require tapping the valve cover.

The current oil cap has been revised on my initial feed back to be 2mm narrower in diameter to ensure easy removal.

I have a secondary request and that is to put in a 8-10mm hex socket in the top of the cap in case it get stuck... when that thing gets hot and you want to remove that small oil cap that hex portion would be a life saver for your hands.
