It has two pipes, diameters ranging from 2 1/8th to 2 1/4 depending on where you're measuring on the exhaust. It's an H pipe design, not the crap Y pipe the base 370Z has. It should sound a bit louder and deeper than a stock exhaust, still tame. a 2.5" dual exhaust will flow mildly better, but its not going to make much more power over the Nismo H pipe exhaust.

For the price, it's hard to beat the Nismo exhaust, but there are better exhausts out there.
I agree. I got my Nismo exhaust for ~$200 and it has been perfect mated with unresonated test pipes. Don't get me wrong, FI sounds wayyyy better but the $1000+ price difference and wait time just isn't worth it for me.

Eventually I'll get my car tuned / dynoed with the Nismo exhaust - if it's a huge difference from what others are posting with FI then I may be in the market for an upgrade.
