The stock 370z CBE exhaust diameter runs 2.25 inches and the Nismo exhaust is 2.5 inches (60 millimeters). Hence, the Nismo's larger exhaust diameter will improve your hp, typically in the 15-20 hp range, by reducing the back pressure. Candidly, any 60mm larger diameter exhaust will do this.
Thus, if you think the price is right go for it. Also despite what others claim in this thread, the Nismo's hp gain over the stock Z is not due to the tune, but the exhaust.
