congrats! and AAM makes some very good products. thats actually where i went for my tune.

i'm just a little biased to FI exhuast stuff if you couldnt tell

I could. At first doing my research I wasn't sure if the posts were talking about forced induction or fast intentions.. Very confusing. Lol

yeaaaaa that'll happen plus it's worse now that FI makes a turbo kit sooo now you got the FI FI kit or other iterations of the abbreviations

Yeah I saw that too.. FI vs AAM kit. There was a thread about it.

There is a break in period. The fiber will melt some which does make it louder. Also, the pipes will coat with exhaust soot. That typically helps is there are hints of rasp or tingyness to it.

i see i'm late to the party lol

LTH may get you a little low end torque vs oem headers/TP

also i'll add the sound will change. LTHs will be a little lower sounder than TPs

i thinks firehawk hit everything else for me lol

would it be terrible if i decided not to put in my CAI.. and upgrade my headers along with my other mods? i still plan on getting it tuned.. but i think im going to go a different route in terms of FI.. and i dont wish to cut parts out of my Z if its going to be moot in the future. any thoughts?

depends. if you plan on going FI soon then i would stop buying any parts. you'll replace any intakes and LTH/TPs.

i hope to go FI within 6 months or so.. my friends are telling me to do more research on a SC kit instead of a TT kit. kinda torn at the moment. do i keep the parts off? not really worried about putting the parts on more so then doing any unnecessary modifications to the car that i cant revert.

SS looking at the sophia project now but is there any thoughts you can add to this? Thanks.
