I don't think the exhaust on top is for a 370Z. Where did you find the pic?
There are two different Ark exhausts: Grip and DT-S. But they are different styles and very easy to distinguish; the Grip is the axleback version.

they're both from different vendors, isn't there a V2 of the grip?
