Need some ideas how to remove the rest of the studs from the pipe so I can put in new bolts.

You have a few options,
1) Sears.com 2) try to drill it out.. 3) Vice-Grips and blow torch 4) Buy lots of beer and invite all your friends over, get them drunk and watch them attempt to get them out.. ![]() Good luck... ![]()

They look like pressed in studs. If they are, you should be able to knock them out with a hammer.

The back side of the studs are round and looks to be pressed in by Godzilla. Nissan sure love to make everything more difficult

I would cut and grind down flush
Use a punch to get it centered and after grab s nice sharp drill bit and go at it , use lube and keep speed slow

What is that pipe? Looks like a mid-pipe of some sort. Kevin at Austin Z Clinic just hammered my broken exhaust bolts out with a metal hammer (small sledge like Kenchan suggested). That's what I'd try first. Nice and cheap
