I remember hearing some discussion about FI coming out w/ long tube headers but can't seem to find any updates as to when we can expect to see these?

Gotcha. BTW LiquidZ do you roll around easton very often? I was up there about 2 months ago and saw another mag black 370 going down I-270 while I was on the exit to go to Easton.

Hahaha small world. I don't drive around there often but I do go there every once in a while. I was up there 2 months ago picking up an anniversary gift, so there is a good chance it was me.

I wouldn't rush a development of a LTH. It's not as easy as making a cutback. there is a lot to consider when developing a LTH (length, different tube size's, bends, fitting, R&D, .. etc) they mite build two or even three prototypes before they make a decision on witch will go to production.
F.I were on there toes of filling in back orders (coz of UPS). I think we mite see some info and pictures after Christmas.

every inch of the pipes is like a separate bend..... takes time to make.
they are also doing other things like filling up orders and making a new x-pipe for the G's like the z got |

I wasn't making an attempt to rush them just wondered if I missed an update or anything. Not really sure how much they would benefit me as I have test pipes anyways.

UPDATE-
The prototype will begin this coming Monday November 9th of the (LONG TUBE HEADERS). We will do our best to have pictures, sound clips and possibly dyno charts up by Thanksgiving. FAQ's: Q: How much will they cost? A: Once they are put into production we will set the pricing. There will be a retail and then a introductory sale price, no group buy. Q: I know that they will replace the stock manifolds, but will they also replace the stock cats? A: Yes to both, they will bolt up into the stock location on the front of the cat back. So they will work with a stock cat back or ours! Q: Will they throw a CEL light? A: As of right now, I will venture towards NO they will not. Q: Will there be room for a resonator or high flow cat within the header? A: Not on this version right away. Down the road with possibly a mid length version. Q: Will the LTH's be louder then a car with shorty headers and aftermarket cats? A: Most likely! Q: Will they make torque and power then a shorty and HFC? A: That is the point! It should make more torque than power. Q: What material will they be offered in? A: Standard T-304 Stainless Steel and ceramic coating upon request ($$$). Q: Will they be CARB approved? A: NO for California, OFF ROAD USE ONLY. The other 49 states, it will all depend on your laws. Q: Is Fast Intentions really this good? A: "Where the impossible is possible" For any other questions please do not hesitate to ask... Thank you, Tony Fast Intentions Inc. (818) 882-2788
