Performance Exhaust

I am thinking about putting on a Fast Intention cat. back on my 2011 370Z...is there any adverse effects to performance of computer read outs if I remove the cat and just run a straight pipe from the headers to the mufflers....

Yes, if you remove the stock cats and just put test pipes on the car may throw codes due to the o2 sensors there.

The normal solution is to have the car tuned iva Uprev or Ecutek to remove the codes. This would allow you to get the most out of your mods, also. If you are going to do a tune, I would suggest just doing everything you want intake/exhaust wise first, rather than having to possibly re-tune later.

I have a flow master on mine, right after the headers & HFC there's only one cat and just straight pipe after that. It sounds beautiful man! Just add at least one cat after headers and you should be good.
