Question for the 370z owners with an aftermarket exhaust

You drive a sports car it's going to make sounds but to answer your question it will reduce some of the noises but not mask them completely. Depends how loud

If there's anything wrong with my clutch, it would be in feel, not sound. My Nismo exhaust does little to nothing in making the "clunky" feel of 1st->2nd any better.
