Best bolt on intake/exhaust??

Any quality catback exhaust will bolt up no problem. With intakes you are a little more restricted as the good cold air systems require either minor cutting to get it

I have a Fast Intentions catback and K&N drop-in filters. Very happy with them.

For a low cost intake setup, go with K&N drop-ins and Z1 post-MAF tubes.

What's your budget for the CBE?

For $1,500, you've got a lot of choices. Check out these threads -

Cutting not required but I tried without cutting and you bend and squeeze the hell out of the tubing so when I reinstalled I went ahead and cut much easier install took less time and less problems just my experience with it. TBH it took about 10 minutes on each side with a dremel and it's still snug but the tubing is no longer twisted and bent which I didn't like.

Like others have said you can go with injen but who wants to replace the washer reservoir... You run into re locating the fuse box with the Nismo R tune CAI I believe I almost went that route but in the end Takeda Attack was a better option for me.
