Default White smoke after install new exhaust

Hello there,
I got a new exhaust from invidia installed on my z, I can see the white smoke when engine start. It keeps coming out until turn off, smells like oil. Do I have to change some parts? Or there is something wrong with exhaust install work?

Mine did the same for about 3 days or so, It should go away. It is just oils they use for the manufacturing process that is being burned off.

As per BadBoyDCC, it's probably just oil left over from manufacturing. I'd try driving with fairly high RPMs (drop down a gear from what you'd normally use) for 20-30 minutes and see if that doesn't burn all the oil out.

Yes mine did have the smell. But I also had light white smoke for the first few days. I am sure that is what Bluechic is seeing.

Yea, it's just the new exhaust oil being burnt up. Mine did the same for about a day because I drove it for about 4-5 hrs after install. Think of it like this; once you install the CAI, it takes times for air to run through it so your engine sound won't change immediately. It'll take about a minute or two for you to hear the difference...

Just let it run its course and it'll go away. Once it does you won't even norice it at first unless you're running your car in park/neutral with you standing behind it looking.
