DC Sports Exhaust
Before I start, let me say that please don't flame me like when I was asking questions about manipulating cam overlap. I have two degrees in mechanical engineering, but I'm new to Z34 (just picked one up about a month ago for my wife who's into Zs); currently we own both a Z33 and a Z34, although I usually play with my V8-powered GM vehicles (one is a turbocharged four).
At any rate, I've been looking for a catback for the Z34 and I came across one made by DC Sports Single Canister (SCS6206). Due to my background, I like its construction; from the properly siamesed cross-over pipes, minimal bends (number and angle), weld quality, material selection, and its basic description; including the company background. It also happens to be quite affordable. I understand that there are "boutique brands" and even made-to-order brands. I wish I could justify their price level.
After performing a search, I couldn't find much reference to this DC Sports exhaust; I assume it's not popular, but maybe there are a few users who can chime in. I have NISMO S-Type on my Z33 and I'm also wondering if the two could be compared. I'm interested in factuals, please don't bash the brand just because it used to be popular for producing Honda performance parts. Thanks for the help.
