Invidia Gemini exhaust leak
 

I had my Gemini cbe and installed yesterday....there's already a leak. The passenger side bracket where the cat meets the exhaust is just dangling there and rattles here and there. I'm going to get it fixed tomorrow but, my question is: is it safe to drive? The exhaust sounds terrible and loud with the leak (but amazing without it) and there rattling sounds of the bracket hitting the metal is constant. Will I damage any part of my car while driving with this leak?
