Is the Paypal claim against Scotty, or is it against Synergy? The only way you get made whole is by going after the company.

I closed the claim and he refunded the 190.00 the core charge he owed me for the throttle bodies.

1) throttle bodies core charge has been refunded= 190.00

2) Defective M370 he has and has not refunded for the purchase price I paid for it= 430.00

3) He has my original M370 and I have no idea what he is doing with it=?????!

4) Lower mani core he has and has not refunded the core charge = 200.00

I have no idea what he is doing other than he keeps saying I owe him money. That's why I started the thread. I do know I owe him the difference of what Shawn did not fully charge me for the porting of the lower mani which I told Scott he can take out of the core charge and refund me the difference. He says I still owe him more money but he is sitting on my parts. I am at a lost and he does not want to come on here to explain..

Scott seems to forget that sometime in the past you paid $xxx for your M370 intake, not like the car came from factory that way and was included in the purchase. I'll stick with my opinion he owes you your original M370 intake and the $430 you spent for the one he bought that somewhere was messed up.

Good question as I thought Scott was the middle man and everything went through him...

I shipped to Shawn at Synergy.

Claim is with Scott because I gave him the money. It went sideways when I called the number on the mani and Shawn got involved. I had no idea the working relationship Scott and Shawn had. Just wanted a resolution and than everything turned into I stole from him and owe him money. He is still using Scott@synergy which has me scratching my head..

Plus Scott overcharged me shipping. I use to live in Hawaii and he did not read my PM stating I no longer live there. I live in Washington now. He said he would refund the difference of that as well..

He told me I was a idiot through pm and he doesn't owe me a thing. If I was to show anyone the math he was explaining to me that they would say the same thing. So I am waiting for Scott the tool man porter to share his math with us so you guys will agree with him.. Still waiting Scott!!

He would not give it to me. But, he sure did when he found out Shawn was taking care of the problem.

so from what i understand:

throttle bodies=everything is good

lower mani-you paid for porting only and sent him yours back in return=done

upper mani-you paid for m370+porting, you received defective product, a good company will give you a replacement or money back since it was their fault for giving you a bad product, but you returned it plus your m370 mani,synergy sends you oem ported mani, you will return you oem mani===m370+porting-defective product (m370+porting)+porting oem mani=he owes you money and you will need to send your oem mani back after

with numbers (correct if wrong)
==430(m370)+245(porting)-675(defective product)+245(oem porting)=$430(they need to refund you)
-You will need to send your oem mani to them
-they will need to send your M370 mani back to you
