Engine codes P0420 and P0430 on stock car

The Z has gotten 90k miles now and it just started throwing the codes. Mind you this car is bone stock. I have reset the codes twice already after scanning to confirm and they come back in 4-5 days. Could the stock cats really have reached the end of their lifespan already?
