If i wanted more growl from my stock nismo exhaust, what is the best option to go without having to replace the whole system. I wouldnt mind just a part of it or something like that

AAM Nismo short tails are pretty awesome.

AAM short tails basically replace your rear muffler with straight pipes.

So are the short tail tips just for sound and weight or does it also have performance difference?

you only gain performance if you have their mid pipes other then that you only get the sound and loss of torque if you dont uprev after.

Just go with test pipes or high flow cats. These will replace your stock catalytic converter. Check w state regs to pass emissions.

i had a nismo exhaust with high flow cats, didnt wake the neighbors at startup but growled when you stepped on it. i recommend!

also add intakes for more growl.

Test pipes or HFC would be a good start

Which hfc did you run?
