I bought a ARK DT-S earlier this year. I had initially said there was no rasp but I was not quite sure what that was. I hear it when I am first launching or starting up then never do again. I love the sound though of the exhaust itself. Fits my needs just great...and most certainly better then stock. Stock sucks.

What up guys:

Im about to pull the trigger on the ARK GRIP. My only concern is the clereance below the car. Im not planning on lowering right now, but eventually on the future it is possible.

The streets on Puerto Rico are a little bad and there are bumps everywhere. So there is where i think i would be scrapping.

Give me aome light on this.

At stock you maybe able to get around it but if you're lowered it's gonna scrape. I had it before my car was lowered and the lowest point of the canister to ground clearance was a little less than 3", speed bumps and dips were okay if you take sharp angles but getting in and out of steep entrances were the most troublesome. I always had to avoid going into those places which sucks big time. But my own driveway is pretty steep so there was no way avoiding that. Switched out to a DT-S and everything is fine even now that I'm lowered.

Hello my friend! I have ark grip and in PR also

Unfortunately, stock or lowered, youre eventually gonna scrape, but youre safe 90% of the time i would say. So far ive scrapped just a bit of the canisters and the flexible joints that are up front in the exhaust, but i thought it was gonna be worse when i installed it. You just have to be careful and take your time going sideways through the big bumps and stuff, but believe me the looks, power and sound of this exhaust makes up for the trouble.

Hope this helps
